Using this new service, you can now request home-service help at locations where Wire 2.0 services are available.
How to Use Wire 2.0 Home Service:
- Log on to https://www.wire.com.ng
- Fill the form on at the bottom of the website’s home page. We require all your information.
- Wire 2.0 Support Unit will call or chat with you to provide more details about your task(s).
- Wire 2.0 Support Unit will send you an estimate for your task before 45 minutes.
- You are required to pay Fifty percent (50%) of the estimate into our corporate account through your mobile or online banking service.
- You will receive an e-mail and SMS confirming your request.
- You will receive an SMS reminder 12 hours and Two hours before your scheduled task.
- At the time of your task, one of Wire 2.0 Service Providers will come and complete the task.
- Pay the balance of our service fee to our corporate account on the completion of your task.
- You will receive an e-receipt and SMS notification after the payment.
Finally, you can now have your household tasks and personal errands completed without hassles. This is the convenience and personalization Wire 2.0 Home Service offers!
NOTE: You should make your requests, at least, 24 hours before your home service.
